All other reports required in conjunction with financial statements a) Bank Reconciliation b) Stock Reconciliation c) Reconciliation of receivables. d) Sales Report 3. Execution of month end/serialized stock and other allied activities for smooth operations. a) Prepare following reports for SST i. Fund Flow ii. Daily Profit Report iii. Stock position & Aging Summary. iv. Verification of PO Vs Invoices. b) Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. c) Verification of payments and entering financial transaction into accounting system. d) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. e) Preparation of cheques/financial instruments and execution of financial transactions of pineapple for smooth operations of the organization. f) Looking after PDC and current date cheques, ensuring clearance of cheques through confirming availability of funds in the accounts at the time of presentation of cheques into bank. g) Execution of month end as well as serialized stock take activities for all of the operating units. h) Recording of PA sales into system on daily basis on the basis of Finance Reports received from stores. i) Keeping accounts of directors, investment accounts, related parties and associated companies reconciled. j) Timely processing of salaries. k) Implementation of ERP system and transfer of accounting system from Tally to Canias. l) Any other accounting work as assigned by the management.
