Fluent in English Foundation knowledge in the following domains Server administration (Active directory,DNS,DHCP) Network Administration (Routers, Switches, Firewall) Virtualization (NetApp, VMWare) Desktop/Laptop Support (Windows Operating System) Printer Support(Standalone Printer, Network Printer, Multifunction Printer) Wireless Controller, Wireless Access Points Interactive White Board/Projector support Occasional works include CCTV support Structured cabling Biometric attendance system
