Company Name: Globemed Gulf Employment Type: Full Time Monthly Salary: 6,000 - 7,999 AED Job Role: Accountant Minimum Work Experience: 2-5 Years Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree Listed By: Recruiter Company Size: 11-50 Employees Career Level: Mid-level Description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Merging Transactions: o Merging transactions from TPA program application. o Control the transactions advanced to providers. • Segregated accounts: o Follow-up of collection and deposits by guarantor. o Reconciliation between guarantors’ advances’ accounts and segregated accounts. o Banks reconciliation o Update studies for new pharmacy project bank accounts allocation • Preparation of payables: o Pharmacies o Physio centers o Polyclinics o Doctors • Prepare the monthly discount of pharmacies, physio centers, polyclinics, doctors. • Receivable : o Invoicing different services to providers o Collection and follow up from different providers regarding all other services invoiced o Preparing receipts o Deposits o Vouchers • Give the support to all pharmacies and guarantors regarding new pharmacy system transactions or I*Care • Responsible for execution of settlement by automated bank transfers to pharmacies, physio centers, polyclinics, doctors. • Conduct Periodical Reconciliation per Provider and per Guarantor concerning pharmacies transactions • Prepare Providers statements of account upon request. • Handling of all mutual societies direct settlements checks. • Prepare providers position reports • Any other duties assigned by the Head of the department • Filing
