We require someone with high level of integrity and great enthusiasm. Running a 24hours operations, the shop manager is expected to provide 100% support and leadership whilst completing both the management and operating tasks necessary to achieve the financial goals. Key responsibilities 1. Sales – annual turnover, transaction made, basket spend, footfall - all against LFL and budget 2. Loss prevention – Shrinkage loss, (stock loss or cash loss) 3. Operational –Stock availability, inventory integrity, staff rota 4. Labor expenses 5. Service – Level of Customer service in the shop, follow ups on complaints and preventive actions 6. HR development – training, coaching, staff turnover 7. Variable costs – any expenses made at an additional cost are avoidable 8. Cleanliness - of the shop and the stores 9. Dubai Municipality compliance- HOC and other requirements.
