The preferred candidate will be required to assist in accounting operations by filling documents, reconciling statements and should be very well versed with running Microsoft applications including Excel. The job description will involve evaluating payroll data, income statement accounts, preparing journal entries, managing petty cash, and reconciling and analyzing payroll affiliated balance sheets, prepares cheques and associated reports, as required in accordance with employer schedule. Candidate will also be required to ensure that all invoices are verified and posted into the system, review and verify the accuracy of the supplier's / client’s name, invoice amount, etc. Also to ensure that payable accounts are reconciled. Other duties (Junior or mid level accounts related) may be required from time to time. Job Qualifications: Professional qualification / experience in Accounting / Finance (preferably), excellent communication skills in English, adequate knowledge and experience in keeping records of accounts, Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, and most importantly ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily supervision.
