Project Manager (F and B or Retail Experience is a must)

Employment Type: Full Time Monthly Salary: 20,000 - 29,999 AED Job Role: Project Manager Benefits: Medical Annual Ticket Minimum Work Experience: 5-10 Years Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree Listed By: Employer Company Size: 201-500 Employees Career Level: Mid-level Listed by: Description: A successful candidate for us would be required to: - Have sound understanding of the Quantity Surveying process and be able to add value to all BOQ preparation with recommendations on commercial viability and cost savings. - Able to review designer agreement and identify scope of work and edits required. - Able to hire an MEP designer and to be able to negotiate the price and scope of work. - Able to create and present Project Programs to board level members. - Have worked within the scope of Furniture procurement, Lighting Design and Kitchen Design. - Have the ability to review a lease and identity the provisions required for an F & B unit to come on site. - Experienced in regards to reviewing a site and identifying the requirements while communicating with landlords and tenant coordinators (Having worked with Emaar, Meeras and/or Nakheel projects previously and knowledge of their requirements would be a definite asset) - Experience working alongside a structural engineer - Having sound Fit Out and Architecture Exposure. - Well versed with interviewing, appointing and reviewing contractors as well as the contractor agreements. - Experienced with Government approvals within the UAE (if GCC then even better!) - Experience with assessing the handover check list and snag list prior to handover completion. - Experiences with material selection such as Kitchen flooring, AC brands etc... - Strong existing supplier relations in the event subcontracting of the work is required such as concrete finishing, furniture production etc..
