Someone who has a keen pursuit for clean, eye-catching, and user-binding design. Should have excellent UI/UX skills and are able to transform verbal requirements into UI flows and then bring them out into user-centric, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Responsibilities Collaborate with product management and development team to define and implement innovative solutions. Execute all visual design stages from concept to implementation and testing Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to team members and management Continually user research, evaluate and build on user feedback Work in accordance with design guidelines, best practices and standards Requirements 4+ years of user-centric UI experience for Mobile Apps Experience in working on On-Demand services is very much preferable Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with Strong portfolio (include live references to your mobile UI design) Excellent experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch App, Indesign and other visual design and wire-framing tools In-depth knowledge of mobile trends and user mindsets. More of a designer with ability to develop, convert designs into code. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience using MVVM Javascript frameworks (AngularJS, KnockOutJS, etc) preferred Experience in creating wireframing, storyboards, user flows & process flows Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Ability to present your designs and explaining your point of view to influence the design decisions at all levels. Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies Minimum Bachelor's Degree in design, interaction design, or related
