Two Running Profit Businesses looking for Working Partner

The Owner must move to Canada to join family, there are two business both are profitable (documented proves) and we need working partner (50% shares to buy) only as per invested money. Both companies are LLC one is food court restaurant with over 20 Supermarkets packed food sullies since last 5 years. Contracted with Business Village government Tea/coffee breaks since 4 years.
