The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying and selling commercial office and retail interiors to new clients as well as working as a key account manager to build long-term relationships with potential clients. The serious purpose of the role is to meet and exceed pre-agreed sales targets. A highly attractive commission is guaranteed. Brief : • Target & Develop potential customer lists to identify new sales opportunities using available information and through market research. • Generate leads, conducts on-site and off-site meetings with potential customers, and provide assistance/consultancy in closing the deal • Sell and negotiate prices, prepare contracts and close deals • Develop and nurture relationships with all potential consultants, real estate brokers and agencies. • Submit daily and weekly reports including but not limited to progress reports on calls, proposals and visits carried out. • Fully engage clients in order to sell our services, ensuring maximum profit and revenue for the company. Requirements:  Should be ideally based in Dubai  You should have prior experience in Interiors / Fitout works  Strong preference will be given to applicants who have prior experience  Candidates who can start immediately or on Tourist / Visit / Spouse Visa are preferred Skills • Excellent sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent network of clients in Commercial / Retail Interiors.
