Presently looking for a talented and well-connected individual to drive and oversee the expansion of our client base. Responsibilities: • Bring new clients and revenues as per the agreed targets • Responsible for defining and implementing new business strategies and tactics • Own and effectively manage in co-ordination with other departments the pitching and client on boarding process • Work closely with the Management team to define best pitching practices • Ensure that the client database is kept up to date and prospective clients are followed up with on regular basis • Regularly represent the company at networking events Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of proven business development and general management experience in an advertising / product marketing • Impeccable relationship building and client facing skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to deliver strong presentation and pitches • Strong team player with the ability to leverage internal expertise and resources to deliver results • Commercial acumen and negotiations skills • Very well connected in the industry • Highly numerate • Degree-educated / MBA • A valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage • Language proficiency: English(must), Arabic(not must, but will be an added advantage)
