Previous experience with company formation in terms of forming new companies with the DED (Department of Economic Development), Free Zone companies (DMCC, JAFZA et al) and Offshore companies would be preferred but is not essential. Responsibilities: • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. • Ability to work individually as well as within a team. • Will be responsible for arranging meetings with applicable key stakeholders, presenting sales material during the meetings and closing contracts. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business leads. • Develop the sales plan given by the Managing Director to achieve Key Performance Indicators. • You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. Requirements: • BA/BS degree or equivalent • Proven account management or other relevant experience • Strong account management and relationship building skills. • Existing network with law firms, embassies (commercial sections), banks and/or multinationals would be desirable. • Previous experience in company formation would be desirable. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills Please submit a covering letter describing your desire to join our team as well as your CV.
