Responsibilities: Develop and bring in new clients and build revenues as per the agreed targets Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising solutions and services Convert and bring in businesses from your existing clients and new clients, maintain effective relationships with established customers Explain to clients how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services Responsible for defining and implementing new business strategies and tactics Ensure that the client database is kept up to date and prospective clients are followed up with on regular basis Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts Recommend appropriate sizes and formats for advertising Regularly represent the company at networking events Responsible to build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Responsible to generate reports to the Account Director providing regular input on all account activity including status and call reports on a weekly basis Skills: Should possess proven Management skills required in order to create maintain and enhance customer relationships Should have extremely detailed minimum 3 years of proven business development and event management experience in advertising / Media firms Should demonstrate a highly technical competency (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) Should be highly motivated energetic, Go - getter / active,, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator able to close the deal quicker Should exercise high level of initiative and work well in a team environment Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to deliver strong presentation and pitches Should have impeccable relationship building and client facing skills Should handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well Should have strong abilities to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction Should develop references from previous clients in Event Management or related field Very well connected in the related industry Should have a valid UAE driving license Language proficiency: English (must), Basic Arabic This position is strictly target based right from the first month and willing to join immediately.
