Reporting to the Managing Director, the primary focus of the role is sales and Business development of services across UAE, Ensure Smooth functioning of entire operations and ensuring after sales client support and service satisfaction by active resolution of issues. Qualifications: Professional -Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Business development and Customer support with a proven track record of dealing with high end clients. --Experience in Transport services preferred but not mandatory. - Knowledge of marketing the company’s services to prospective clients and responding to RFPs, tenders and quotations within the set timelines. -Primary interaction is with senior management, High end Clients (existing and Prospective), Transport Supervisors and company Staff. -Expected to demonstrate independent decision-making and quick resolution of issues without compromising safety and quality. -Ability to perform independently with minimal guidance yet focus on teamwork and constant communication with all stakeholders. - Introducing new innovative methods of services. - Enforcing policies and procedures. - Overseeing staff and resolving issues. - Fleet management - Preparing weekly/ monthly reports for management including eg. sales reports, vehicle service and maintenance reports, Incident reports, staffing transfers, etc. Technical -Excellent MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word and Excel are mandatory) and good PC Knowledge. -UAE driving license and good knowledge of UAE roads and routes. -Good analytical skills Business -Excellent command of spoken and written English -Good interpersonal skills -Excellent planning and time management skills -Ability to proactively recognize and resolve problems -Good project management skills -Presentable and professional personality with a Positive and constructive attitude
