Prior experience in the promotions/ events industry within GCC is mandatory. Job Description: * Research and build relationships with new clients * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. • Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Manage the sales teams and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring result • Track, collate and interpret sales figures. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales and marketing teams.
