He will be based in Saudi Arabia and travel between outlets in GCC. Key Responsibilities: • Manages the Operations Teams in Saudi Arabia and UAE to achieve established targets, common goals and smooth overall operation • Mentor and develop the RGMs in order to increase average restaurant sales (ARS) through customer satisfaction and to drive operations excellence • Budgeting and Forecasting • People Development • Manage and oversee new projects and project roll-outs, equipment replacement, test programs and vendor relations • Assist RGMs with annual business planning process • Conduct annual performance reviews and informal performance appraisals • Ensure execution of operating standards and high level of performance • Expanding the number of units in the Region Skills: • College Degree / Degree in Hotel Management • 3-5 years experience in International Casual Dining Operation Management • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Excellent English verbal and written communication (and preferably Arabic)
