The successful candidate will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. A Bartender is responsible for interacting with the patrons, guests, fellow workers and supervisors in a polite, considerate, and welcoming manner to make sure all guests have a perfect bar experience. S/he must be able to actively taking orders, giving suggestions, mixing drinks, serving food and monitoring guests bar experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers, give them menus, and inform them about daily specials * Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests or patrons * Pour wine and serve draft and bottled beer and other drinks and beverages * Mix drinks according to recipes * Check identification of customers, to ensure that they are of legal drinking age * Clean bars, tables, and work areas * Manage bar operation and order and maintain liquor and bar supplies * Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies * Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience * Comply with all food and beverage regulations • Collect cash for beverages or drinks served and record sales • Maintain record and control of bar stock and arrange supplies • Clean glasses and additional utensils • Sanitize ice tanks, coolers, and other bar tools
