Designing and documenting workflow, making appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the customer and the user experience. Providing support and guidance to the user acceptance testers and ensure all software releases are done on time. Drive the systems testing phase and provide support during the acceptance-testing phase. Assess and validate the solution to ensure that there are no gaps in the requirement process to the development stages. After the implementation of the software system, support the change management process if there are any new requirements or changes proposed. Understanding the business processes of a section or the organization clearly to implement and share that knowledge. Enhancing existing automation systems and utilization of testing best practices. Evaluating product reliability and scalability Define the requirement and specification, ensuring that the process starting from the end users (or stakeholders) to the developers is clearly understandable. Develop high-level scope at process initiation; define objectives and establish communication channel. Ensure that process changes are brought into board scope and communication Ensure that analysis and documentation is precise and clearly understandable. Create Users Manuals (Video's) Develop a strong and productive relationship with internal customers (coaches and team managers) Requirements Experience required: Ability to champion/lead projects Understanding of office procedures Able to explain added value / service differentiation Able to work as part of team Good written and verbal communication skills English & Arabic 5yrs + experience in Call Centre or an industry relevant field Knowledge of the software development process: bug life cycle, performance testing, etc. Multitasking Analytical ability, problem solving and work prioritization within a team Strong interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly Education requirement: Diploma Good MS Office, ERP Knowledge Knowledge & Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills English & Arabic 5yrs + experience in Call Centre or an industry relevant field Knowledge of the software development process: bug life cycle, performance testing, etc. Multitasking Analytical ability, problem solving and work prioritization within a team Strong interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly
