Employment Type: Full Time Monthly Salary: Unspecified Job Role: Business Development Manager Benefits: TBA Minimum Work Experience: 5-10 Years Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree Listed By: Employer Company Size: 11-50 Employees Career Level: Manager Description: Job Responsibilities: - Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients, handles furnishing projects with professional client or end client from A to Z - Leads the Sales team and sets sales targets - Supervises all sales related administrative matters Job Duties: - Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. - Sells furniture packages by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending value engineering and service improvements. - Identifies furnishing improvements or new solutions by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors. - Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal and professional networks; - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in the furniture outdoor sales business in the UAE (min 3 year) - Knowledge of furniture industry, local market situation and competitors - Presentation Skills - Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs, mainly Power Point, Excel and Word, Outlook - Client Relationships - Furnishing project management - Emphasizing Excellence - Negotiation - Prospecting Skills - Meeting Sales Goals - Creativity and an eye for design - Sales Planning - Independence - Motivator and team leader - Strong administration skills - Design/ décor knowledge - Color theming skills
